family picnic

Cayden's school had a picnic lunch for the kindergartners where family and friends could join. It was extremely warm that day. Seeing as it was the middle of November you would think the weather would be a bit cooler, right?

Grammy was in town and joined us for the picnic. However, we missed the first fifteen minutes of lunch. We could not find where all the kiddos were. It turns out they were on the basketball courts and Cayden was sitting with his friends.

Of course I had to attempt to get a photo of the three of us. It didn't turn out as I had planned. The whole picnic was pretty much unsuccessful! At least Cayden enjoyed spending time with his friends :)
