to Schnepf farms with Cayden's kindergarten class. We all drove on a bus to the farm. It was a first for Cayden and he enjoyed it oh so much!
Each year we measure Cayden at the pumpkin to see how tall he is. 4 feet exactly! My little boy is growing up too quickly.
We had one of Cayden's classmates in our group. Her name is Sylex and she is the sweetest, tiniest 5 year old.
The kiddos loved the train ride the best.
It was so much fun to watch their little faces light up. There saw spider webs, headstones, pumpkins and went through a dark tunnel.
There was a haystack mountain to climb up and down on. Lets just say they were pretty dirty by the end of the day. So was my car!
Of course you cannot go to a farm and not pick out pumpkins. They could only get a pumpkin that could fit in a small plastic bag. All I can say is thank you teachers for making that rule, because of course the parents were stuck carrying the pumpkins around the farm.
All in all it was a great, fun and exhausting day. I can't wait until his next field trip!
