a visit from the tooth fairy

Cayden lost his first tooth on the 1st. He was sooooo excited. For weeks he waited patiently for his tooth to come out. It was loose for so long.

his little tooth. I cannot believe my baby has lost his first tooth. 

We hung up the special door (painted to match our front door) in his room for the tooth fairy to enter.

 Then we read the Night Before the Tooth Fairy. We have read it every night since his tooth has been loose. 

and hung his Star Wars pillow on the door with the tooth tucked safely inside.

 That morning Cayden woke up to fairy dust all over his bed...

and pillow. Of course, the tooth fairy left some money. Five golden coins to be exact.

She also left a tooth fairy certificate. The whole experience was so fun and exciting for all of us!
